ABOUT ME

My name is Keith. I am a coffee enthusiast mainly, with some barista experience many years ago with a cafe that shall not be named... (rhymes with barstucks) I am someone who constantly surrounds myself with coffee; taking multiple courses for anything from roasting to tasting, podcasts to and from the workplace, reading literature online or on a Kindle at night, and videos and podcasts playing 24/7 throughout the day. I dabble in roasting at home and finished my first book on coffee in 2025. I had a cup of coffee a few years back, and then I woke up. I love coffee for many reasons, and I want to do whatever I can to give that passion back to others in an approachable, honest, and reliable way.
